Legalizing exhaust in CA. I need help on the phone number
There was a thread before where you can have your exhaust legalized when you pass the test after getting a ticket but it seems the link doesnt work anymore. I just didnt save it for future use. Anybody from Socal know what number to call for testing/appointment? Thanks in advance.
