Leaky motor mount?
here are the pics to explain..
if I start off the line too quick my motor jumps around a lil bit..
Can I fill this in with a different compound (non liquid based) and will it last?
Thanks guys.

Re: Leaky motor mount?
lol... leaking motor mount. i love it!!
you can fill it in with a diffrent compiond but keep in mind it will basically be way harder then factory. some peopel like that stifness and vibrations from the motor..some dont.
the softer you fill it in with, the faster it will not last.
the harder you fill it in with, the longer it will last.
i would just search for another one here on HT or ebay.
you sure its your motor jumping off the line and not your suspension?

Re: Leaky motor mount?
By that leak its definately the motor because i remember when I felt this break. I remembered pulling over after hearing the thud of the motor and seeing all this new oil around.
I can drive with it fine, just I can't get on it at all.
Thanks guys. LOL.
Anyone know of any compounds til I get a new one?

Bet you could shoot it with 3M window weld or the DAP polyurethane sidewalk sealer - I've found that it works about as well as the 3m but costs $25 less. Not sure how it would work on that mount though - I've only done it with torque mounts, and even those cause noticeably more engine vibration.
If it was me, I'd replace it with a new OEM lower driver's side mount.
