Can somebody direct me in putting energy suspension motor mount inserts in my car? Has anybody done this before and have some steps to help me do it? Thanks.

 

1. Place new motor mounts inside freezer portion of fridge (they'll shrink a bit)
2. Place 2X4 chunk on top of jack
3. Place jack underneath portion of engine by a motor mount
4. Remove that motor mount
5. Install insert
6. Replace motor mount
7. Move jack to next motor mount, etc.
