Default Leaking Oil, But Where!

Ok, ill take pictures 2morrow sinces its really dark out right now, but this is whats going on.

Specs:
1994 Honda Civic Hatch
D15B Longblock with Manual DX Transmission OEM Clutch

Im dripping oil? like a amount of a 1/4 cup water spilled, Everytime i turn off car after driving it. Thing is when i check my oil in engine its still full. The oil is on top of the transmission i checked the dizzy and no oil from there, check valve cover no oil from there, so where could it be comming from? Rear main seal is my theory but why would it be on top of the transmission? Also i don't know if this matters but when im driving and try letting off the clutch fast its like its still rev'ing i guess you could say the clutch is slipping? or not letting go? meh something like that.
