Default leakdown test resulted in 5-10% is it bad or good??

ok im planning on buying a b18b1 motor with 89k miles on it. compression is 180 on all cylinders and the leakdown test resulted in 5-10% when cold. is that bad or is it good? by the way motor is all stock never been modified

As far as I know, 5% +/- leakdown is reasonable for that age of motor. I have never done a leakdown test before but I can take a guess that those numbers get much better once the engine warms up and all the clearances get tighter.
