Then I wouldn't suggest 'launching' on it. Think of first, how much the cost of a new clutch is, [approx. 139.99 for oem from Pepboys] plus you'll need to pay for having the flywheel resurfaced. Then the time and labor involved in replacing the clutch and bleeding the trans and all.
Now you know the consequences, lets think of the miles your clutch has on it. Hmm, quite a bit I bet. Is it really worth putting the extra stress on that old oem clutch? I know I'm making a mountain out of a molehill to some of you, but until you factor in all the variables I would just say there is really NO reason for you to launch your car. If your willing to risk it though, there's no SET RPM to launch at. Every car is different. Try a few different technique; such as feathering the clutch out instead of plain old 'dumping' it. Search for 'Launching' or 'Launch Techniques' using the search feature. And remember your Honda is not completely invincible.
