Default im bout to get a new clutch....

ok guys...my clutch is starting to slip and i was wondering about how long can i drive normally until i need to replace it? also, i would like to replace it myself because when i got my clutch replaced on my truck at a local shop, it cost like 400 in labor and i dont wanna pay that again (and my truck was only a 86 yota 4-speed, yay for the 22r ) so it couldnt have been to difficult....

just do it yourself its not that hard ...just gotta let the tranny drop to get access to the clutch and flywheel...and i would have the flywheel resurfaced at the same time or put a lighten flywheel.....you can do it!

you really can use any DIY from a honda i think i found a prelude one on here and worked off of that one for my d-series...... i will say this though i really didnt look at the manual much i just kinda attacked it and learned as i went along.....

here you go

EDIT::: i looked at the link the guy be4 me put up and i will say save yourself some time dont bother taking the shift linkage off just drop the tranny on a tire and push it out of the way and take the clutch/flywheel off.... ohh and liquid bolt is your best friend
