l00se belts..help!
ok my belts are squeaking.
i think its maly the alternator belt. but I noticed the timing belt was fully on center.
i dont want my motor to drop a valve melt a piston bend a rod and then crak a sleeve
so all I have to do is tighten the belts rright? how do i do this. put a wrench on the belt tensioner?

Re: l00se belts..help! (Mr. Teal)
if it is the alt., then you would loosen the top bolt (there is a long bolt on the under side that keeps it in place, but allows it to pivit, {spelling} the upper bolt allowes you to loosen the tenson or tighten it. ) just loosen it and get the belt tight, tighten it back up
