KYB AGXs vs Skunk2 Sport Shocks
Basically i need new shocks on my EJ8 because my Tokico HPs are about done. Im currently ridin on Skunk2 springs and was considering getting those new Skunk2 Sport Shocks but I havent heard any feed back if they are worth buying. My other option would be KYB AGXs, so between the two, which ones does anyone recommend?

i've had both and i chose to go with the agx's. I had the agx's before and they were great. AFter 2 years of use they were giving out so i decided to try the new skunk2s(got a hell of deal for them too). Had the skunk2s paired with my GC (OTS spring rates), the ride was nice. A little stiffer than my agx's set at 1 all but overall i liked it. Handling was okay but i was running OTS spring rates so i'm sure i didn't use the skunk2 shocks to its full potential. Had the skunk2's for 2 weeks and sold them, now i'm back to agx's.
If you decide to go with the skunk2s i would def run high spring rates. My GC had soft spring rates so my front would bottom out. I talked to a guy here on HT and he had the same problem with this setup. (considering we both are dropped 2.5inchs + all around and we both were running GC w/ OTS spring rates). I'm not sure what the spring rates are your skunk2 springs but i'd run at the least 7k up front.
My decision goes go the AGX's...if your short on cash go with the skunk2's.
