Key Interlock Fix - Instead of leaving gear selector switch under console-
For thos who have swapped Auto - Manual I have a contribution-
OK, i sat down with my manual and my toob ( )and came up with a solution to leaving the gear selector under the center console.
You make continuity betweens pins 1 & 12 and also between pins 10-11.
This is a diagram of the pinout (plug for shift selector)
This is mine actually done- No problems remove key....WOOHOO!
I know i didn't want to leave my gear selector under my console- and i figured there are others who wouldn't also!
Then for the clutch pedal, make sure the clutch safety sensor is grounded.....Voila! This all should work, i can't start my car yet so i can't test it out. But soon.....very SOON!

I am trying to complete my auto to tranny swap and cannot crank the car. Your images are no longer available, so I am having a hard time determinig which pins you are talking about. I assume you are refering to the large connector which plugged into the auto shifter.
Do you posting the photos again or some type of diagram?
