Key in Ignition And Open Door Chime
I have a 99-00 Civic. I want to disable the door chime. Where is the relay or whatever runs this located I can not just cut the wire because my alarm is wired to that circuit. What are my options? I found something for a 01+ Civic but do not believe they are the same setup.

take out the plastic ignition cover and there should be a small back wire that is screwd to the ignition. you need a small 4 head screwdriver to unscrew it because the screw is really small. i'll try to get some pics if what i said didn't help. i took mines out
