Kenji P28 with CEL, SRS light flashes when jumping ECU for codes
Yeah...so I bought this Kenji p28 ECU second hand. Right now it has the chip with an ITR program. I am using a JDMshit obd2-obd1 harness. It's a 96 EX coupe with a b16a2.
Anyways, I am getting a check engine light and the car is idling at about 1700rpm even when it's warmed up and it won't rev past 4000rpm. I unpluged the EVAP just like it has said in so many other threads and still the same thing.
Then get this, when I jump the ECU to check the code(s), the fawking SRS light flashes.
Basically, I was planning to use this ecu for a little while and then put my S100 into this ecu. I'm putting my fully built b18c5 block in soon here and I want to have a decent ECU until I get my hondata in and tuned.
The car runs beautifully with the OBD2 P30 plugged in. I hope this ECU isn't fucked.
