just wasted 52 bux :(
i just wasted 52 bux on a resonator that did absolutely nothing to quiet down my hks muffler. BOO!! straight thru mufflers are loud no matter what i guess. time for an apexi WS.

what kind did you get?where did you get it from?didnt you ask the q's be4 you bought it?if you did ask q's to the shop you bought it from, I would take it back

still sounds loud. at least louder than i want it. it was pretty big, id guess more than 20". i was going to get the resonator and an es oval muffler but from my experiences with straight thru mufflers, they are loud regardless. at least the apexi ws is baffled. if anyone can prove me wrong about the es oval muffler, please do it! i want a quiet system!!! id rather spend 99 bux than 384.

True, they are loud. I got tired of the loud buzzy exhausts and broke down and bought a Greddy SP. I know they get loud after a few years but right now it's quite as can be and has a low rumble.

i have a 38" resonator with my ES Oval...Works fine for me...You cant even hear it from outside...imo, I think you should get Apex RS/WS...Or Tanabe Hyper Medallion..those ***** are quiet
