Loud Muffler

Re: Loud Muffler (1.8L)
That's pretty funny...
I don't know from personal experience but I have heard the Apex N1 muffler is one of the quieter ones. In fact, I was thinking about buying one based on this info... can anyone confirm?

I think Buddy Club Spec 1 or 2 are probably the loudest.
indeed the Buddy club Spec 2 (SS version), it was louder then anything, almost open header like.

Apexi N1 is very loud but with a silencer it is much more civilized. cheap ebay mufflers say they have silencers but they dont fit well so its still really loud.

I don't think the Apex n1 catback is too loud, only at full throttle. ANY straight through exhaust w/out a resonator is going to be loud. Tanabe Racing Medallion cat back is very loud.

"If you are looking for a good quiet the ws apexi is good "

Id agree. I have an N1 and am very happy with it. It can be heard from some distance. However A Tanabe Racing medalion is extremely loud

Exhausts..
Heh.. APEXi N1 Cat-back exhaust is extremely loud!
A quiet, suttle exhaust is the APEXi World Sport Cat-back exhaust.
My friend just got one for his '96 Integra GSR Sedan. It sounds pretty good, almost like stock. Not too loud, pretty quiet.
If you want loud i suggest something like an APEXi N1 catback exhaust with dual-N1 muffler.
