Default Just Purchased This Car, Want to upgrade ECU

I just purchased a 2000 Honda Civic Si with a B18 GSR motor swap w/ turbo,
outta curiosity, if i wanted to upgrade my ECU for better fuel mapping and shift times, what would be a good brand?

and
i have a non modified 1999 Honda Civic, SOHC 4 Cylinder w/o VTEC, what kinda chip would you recommened if i wanted to get some horses outta the car just by replacing a chip in the ECU, thanks!

No such thing as a 'chip' that will make your stock honda motor faster.

first off if you have a 99-00 civic especially a em1 i'd go with security first bro. The honda/acura scene is filled with thieves

For a better tune I'd look into finding a tuner in your area and find out what programs he tunes. As far as good programs you can look into Crome/Uberdata which require you to switch to OBD1 & to get a chipping set that can be programed & reprogramed. You can also look into Hondata or AEM EMS. Find a tuner & see what they work with before you spend any money.

As far as the Spoon/Ebay chips, they're a waste of money.
