is it just me or do the wheels in the front seem wider then the rears

Default is it just me or do the wheels in the front seem wider then the rears
do the front wheels stick out more then the rears? on my 1992 civic anyway

Yes.

Front track= 1475mm
Rear track = 1465mm

Plus the front fenders are bigger to fit the tires when they bump during a turn.
