Default Just Installed Avid racing torque mounts Q!

So I just installed some avid racing toqrue mounts on my civic because they needed new mounts and the install went really smooth until I started my car....

My car VIBRATES LIKE A ******* JACKHAMMER now like wtf! Has anyone had a smiliar experience with these mounts? Should my car be vibrating that much????? If not its not ******* worth it to me...

All my other mounts are stock, these are the only aftermarket mounts I am currently using.

The engine rune fine and the shifting feels smoother now that the motor isnt rocking anymore but the whole inside of my car and the dash vibrates like ******* crazy now so I guess Ill just have to deal with the noise or switch back to stock mounts..

umm what did you expect, those are solid torque mounts. im running the es poly inserts for the two torque mounts and the rear and it vibrates like crazy at idle. its soften up now but yours will never soften up. thats some heavy duty stuff you got there. you should take a cell phone with video recording and put it on the dash to record the madness, cuz i wanna see it.

alot of aftermarket mounts do that.. think about it.. u just made the mounts twice as strong before.. so now ur goin to feel the vibrations of the motor... before the mounts werent made top notch and solid... for that reason.. ur pretty much just goin to have to deal with it!

Yup I just realized that, I dont know wtf I was expecting but all I know is that the motor is rock solid and the shifting is better. Before there was no driver side mount so the engine rocked ALOT so now its all fixed. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Hey, there. I work for Avid and if you'd like softer inserts for your torque mounts just pm and I'll hook you up with some softer ones. Hope that helps, later.
