Default Just got my jdm d15b today. Few questions.

I picked up my motor today from a business connection of mine. I am very pleased with how it turned out, the motor looks almost new. I have some pics I'll post up tomorrow.

Does anyone have a diagram of all the hoses in side the enging bay? I want to get new hoses clamps for the install, as the ones in there have 100,xxx miles and need to be replaced.

Hey, Just remember that a motor can look brand new on the outside, but it could still have problems or something be broken.

I think you should pull the valve cover off and check things out to see if the oil has been changed regularly.

I've seen two threads where people just bought jdm d15b's and they pulled the valve covers off and were amazed to see how nasty it was.

Just a heads up

Best bet is to go to http://www.helminc.com and order a helms manual. You WILL need it at some point

yea i remember seeing pics of your motor =/

Here are the pics! and on another note I am going to start working with this distributor to move some motors, included mazda, toyota, nissan, dsm, and of course honda. More details to follow, but for now take a look at the quality of what they are working with.

My camera sucks but if you look close you can see the D15b imprint.

I will follow up with details on the install.
