Default Jet import ECU upgrade?

I saw this thing on jegs, where you take out your cars ECU, send it to them, they tune it, and it adds like 32 hp and u reinstall it in your car, and its 230 bucks...

anyone do it before? is it worth it?

don't do it, if you want tuning get your ecu chipped and dyno tune it. Also, there is no way you can gain 32 hp on a honda motor through chipping alone. Those gains were probably seen on the vw motors which are turbo and increadibly de-tuned from the factory.

dont do it you would be better off chipping your ecu and getting it dyno turned. 1 because it would run better and 2 its almost the same cost
