jdm motor passing state ref
im not really sure what to believe right now because people are telling me two different things. I just want to know for sure if a jdm itr or gsr motor can pass state ref or emissions in cali? some people have told me that they have passed state ref with jdm motors and some have not ..so please help out. thanks.
