JDM d15B boggs out
Alright, so after finding a few problems with the firing order, and the distributor, we FINALLY got my car running. It fires right up, idles fine, revs while in neutral fine, everything. However, there's a problem. I try taking off, i put it in gear, give it gas, the car pulls a little and then boggs out. I've been messing with it for like 3 days already trying to get everything perfect and i'm getting frustrated. Does anybody know what this can be?
Cliff notes: Car boggs out when i try to take off
P.S. It boggs out after i entirely release the clutch

Just checked my ECU on the car, it's throwing codes 7, 10, and 14
throttle position sensor, intake air temperature sensor, and the Idle air control valve.
Although these sensors are bad, shouldn't the car still move? I mean, it won't take off without stalling.

maybe not,
why are all your sensors toast?
freakin me out cuz i've got one of these motors downstairs waiting to go in my car.

I had this problem with my swap just a month ago turned out that the timing belt was off by a few teeth.... Did you set the timing yourself to make sure it was right or did you just leave it alone after you got the swap? My swap came with what looked like a brand new timing belt so I didn't mess with it... In retrospect I was stupid for not checking something that simple to begin with but as soon as it was set right it ran perfectly... I'm very happy with this motor!!! It revs very freely and feels great with a lightened flywheel... One other thought on this, make sure you have the right belt... contrary to all kinds of different opinions it does take the 92-95 vx timing belt with 103 teeth not the d16z6 belt with 104 teeth.... Hope this helps!! Let us know how it turns out!

Re: (cxjon)
what do u mean throw codes without the CEL being on? The check engine light is on constantly, never flashes. Then i jump it, and it gave me those three codes, the place i got the engine from is gonna replace the sensors as soon as i get the car to them.

well you never told us the cel was on(you'd think it would be something worth noting eh?) so when you say you checked for cels.. but never told us it was on.
it sounds like you were checking them without it coming on in the first place.
nice to know that place will fix the sensors for you though.
