JDM D15B 5-wire VX to 1-wire O2 Conversion
I'm runnin the P08 ecu, and I have yet to convert my O2 sensor. Does anyone have a link about how to do this conversion? I have searched, and can only find 4 wire conversions.

Its 1 wire....
The ECU has a spot for an O2 input. Connect the wire from the O2 sensor to this spot. Ta-da...
I'm not OBD1, but the P08 isn't the VX ECU, is it?

Do I have to change my O2 sensor? If so what brand/model should I get.

Answer me this: The P08 ECU expects what kind of O2 input - 1 wire or 4 wire?
If its one wire, do some searching and find out what ECU pin it is and wire the one wire from the O2 sensor to this input....thats it, thats all you gotta do.
