jdm b18c in 99 ek coupe
hey everyone i have a 98 spec jdm b18c (type r) swap that i am going to put in my 1999 honda civic ex (vtec). Now i already got my avid mounts, the 99 si rear t bracket and my drivers side engine post mount. i think thats all i need for my swap, if anyone can think of anything let me know.
my main question is reguarding the wiring portion of the swap. i want to reuse my 99 ex harness on the type r swap. my question is what modifications do i have to do to my harness in order to get this swap running 100 percent? please give details on exactly what to do. even write up links would be great.
and yes i already searched and theres nothin specific for this swap it always combines it with obd2a swaps so its confusing.

99-00 Civic:
Engine info for 96-98 civic can be applied.
Wiring: Part 1
Wiring info is simliar to that of 96-98 civic but slightly different.
If you have a non-vtec civic you will have to perform these mods to your EWH in order to be compatible with an OBD1 VTEC engine: (1) add the respective wiring for VTEC (2) wire in the KS (unless you plan to use a P28 ecu) (3) *perform the IACV mod (4) change your dizzy plug to that of a 99-00 Si, 96-98 civic, or 96-01 integra large sized dizzy plug.
i found this info in the hybrid section and i already have a 99 ex harness so i have vtec wire up already so number 1 is already done ... and i plan on using a chipped p28 so i dont have to wire in the KS correct? but why is it that if u only use a p28 you dont have to wire in KS? so all i need to know is how to rewire the iac and i have a eg wiring harness and i wanted to know if i can use that dizz plug so let me know please
