I am in the process of putting a 92 JDM B16A from an Integra XSi into my friend's 96 CX hatch. I need to find a throttle cable that fits because the stock one won't unless I make a custom bracket I was thinking he needs a 94-97 Del Sol VTEC cable. Are there any other modles/years that would work like the 99-00 Si?

99-00 Si has a B16a in it.

99-00 Civic is the same as the 96-98 as fas as engine bay measurements.

99-00 Si T/B cable would be a wise choice.

i have the saem motor in my 96 civic i used the dx throttle cable but i had to custom rebend the bracket.

also h22 into 96 hatch you can use the dx throttle cable just for another referecne if someone has a question on that.

My friend ordered an OEM 99 Si throttle cable and it will be in Thurs. In the meantime I made a ghetto bracket to use the stock DX cable just so I can drive the car and troubleshoot.

yea same here i aint even full throttle tho it sucks.....i screwed mine as far over as possible.....i have an Ls cable on order see if that works......hope it does......

I guess I'll say how I did mine, even though mine is a tad bit different...

The cable bracket has 2 screws. I moved the bracket to the left, so I could only use one screw on it. The left screw hole on the bracket is unused..

I am using the LS cable with my ITR motor. Works perfect. Also, the 99-00 SI cable wont work with the ITR manifold unless you use the b16a cable bracket.
