jdm b16 thermostat problem?

so yeah my car has been running a little hot lately i change the coolant sometimes twice a day but I can't find a leak...my friends and I were thinking it was a thermostat if so are all b series thermostats interchangable and if this is not the problem what other possible problems are there..
