j spec gsr?

hey im just wondering if there is such a thing as j spec gsr engine? isnt that a type r?

Yes, there is a JDM equivalent to the GS-R engine, though the engine code is simply B18C.

nay. the jdm gsr has 180hp the usdm version has 170.

It's actually rated at 180PS, which is roughly equivalent to 177 hp.
