itr......where to put it?

itr......where to put it?
ive got a 98+spec jdm itr.....heres my dilemma: i want to do something different for the area that i live in so i thought about doing an ek coupe. this car will also be my daily driver. but im not sure that an ek coupe will be fast enough for me. obviously i cant build it up drastically as if it were a drag but i still would like for it to be a nice street beast. anyway, my friend has an eg hatch that i could buy from him cheap. obviously that hp to weight ratio would give me what i want but im not sure it would be the best practical daily.
if you guys could hit me back with some of your thoughts on what i should do.....eg hatch, ek hatch, or ek coupe i would appreciate it.
also if anyone has an itr in a coupe could you let me know how it performs?
thanks a lot guys......this is the only thing stopping me. as soon as i know what car to put it in, ill be set. thanks again.

um, do you have the entire car or the engine?
cause from the first sentence i assumed the whole car.
but from the rest it sounds like you only have the engine.
honestly what different about a coupe? weren't coupes the most popular civic model? I think honda sold a lot less hatches then coupes.

i have the engine.
coupes may be the most popular civic model but in this area people either do hatches or integras. thats why i thought about a coupe. for this area that would be different.

I think you are right... be different
If you have a good amount laying around let me know and I'll get this shipped to you. It will be fast as hell with that motor

definitely true. i see it that way too. i just dont want to get an ek coupe and regret that its too slow. likewise i dont want to get something else and regret that too. just wondering what everyones view point was.
is your eg a daily? if so, how do you like it?

It's nice to be different but the fact of the matter is that the availibility of information for putting your swap into an EK or EG is readily available, and you're going to have a much, much harder time doing it to a CRX or EF or anything else.
I remember a few B18C5 CRX's with five bolt brakes that were an absolute blast to drive...but they're still harder to do.
