Default ITR or Turbo on 2000 Si

Contemplating this for the longest.....Only requirement is keep A/C, P/S and be daily driven. Im sure this has been asked a million times but I cant find anything. Im leaning towards turbo...but I have been a N/A guy for the longest and dont really know all the ins and outs of turbo setups.

Well staying NA has its limitations on power and can get expensive trying to unlock even a few more horses. Forced induction is a good way to go as long as its tuned.

Put it this way, turbo'ing your b16 and running ~10lbs boost could get you in the neighborhood of around 240 whp. That, and the increase in torque, for around $1500 possibly (more for a kit, less if you piece it together). $1000 even should cover parts for a decent setup.

Swapping in a B18C5 will net you maybe 180 whp, less torque, and could set you back at least 3G's (more likely 4G's, maybe even 5). Boosted IMO is more fun to drive, but its all about your preferences. Price vs. power here is pretty much a no brainer, but it also depends what you have planned down the road.

I think 350 whp is prolly more easily attainable then 215 n/a financially speaking.

I think a Gt30R would give you the power that you're looking for.
