ITR Suspension Setup... 4040 Prop valve?
My Current Proportioning Valve:
I just want to double check that I'm supposed to get a 4040 proportioning valve for my setup. How hard is it going to be to bend them lines?
Cheap(er) SS brake lines needed for a 99-00 Si. Found some for 124.99 on inlinefour.com but if I can get some cheaper, that would be great. 20 cool points handed out to whoever finds a cheap(er) set!

All I'm trying to do is just get rid of the sponginess that I'm feeling when I depress the brake pedal. I've bled the brakes already. I have a lot of life left on the pads. Maybe I'll resurface the rotors. See if the shop has time tomorrow. A reply would be appreciated!

Here....cheaper. Also better....the PVC coating protects the lines....most brake lines don't have that and sometimes they snap

Buddy, you need more than a new prop valve. You should replace all those lines in the engine bay. They are WAY to rusted and corroded. They won't cost more than $40-$50 brand new from honda. As far as the prop valve goes, I would get it, as well as a larger MC/BB (I suggest a 1") A non-ABS ITR will go in without any line bending or re-flaring. And if you get a 4040 from a 96-00 hatchback or 99-00 Si, you won't need to bend lines at all. And I have one if you need it.

Actually I already swapped the booster and the master cylinder from a type r. Forgot to mention that part.
How much for the 4040 valve?
