If it's a B16A3 into a EG chassis, the ITR linkage is 100% perfect fit.
There is only 2 reasons that i can think of:
1. You do not really have a ITR linkage.
2. Are you sure the tranny is not in 2nd, 4th, or reverse gears? If the tranny is in gear, it will look like the linkage a tad short.

The stabilizer rod is 2 inches short and so is the shifter rod. Both wont reach mounting points on the tranny when the rear bushing is bolted down.

In that case, you probaly have a D-series linkage. I remember a shop that doens't supply B-shift linkages with their swaps will simply cut and extend the D-series linkage. This is crap! The shifting will feel like ****. I will recommend getting a B-series linkage....

probably the wrong L bracket in the back where the tranny bolts to the rear mount on the frame. If you truely have a TYPE R linkage and the tranny is not in any gear you have the motor installed incorrectly most likely causing it to be too far forward and not fitting the linkage.

It's not bronze....it's more like this goldish color plating that you get. Like a brand new caliper or bolts when you get a new car.
