If it is for a "D" series... the factory part number is 21350-P2A-020. The 6mm and 8mm bolt part numbers are 95701-06012-08 and 95701-08016-08 respectively.

"B" series covers use two of each but this is a "D" that we are talking about and they aren't the same. I don't remember for sure, but I think it uses two of one and a single of the other size... I just can't remember which. I did the hard work for you... order two of each just to be sure and you will be good.

I think the d series has 3 small and 1 large, but OP has the transmission in front of them, they should be able to count the bolt holes for the dust cover first hand.

I know the Automatic inspection cover has 3 6mm bolts affixing it to the transmission bellhousing... so when you say 3 small and 1 large, are you referring to a 12mm x 1.50 (17mm head) that passes through the front stiffening bracket and into the transmission bellhousing as the large one ??? The weird thing is that the parts guide from Honda states that there is only one of each of the sizes that I referenced. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm...

Right, I've been staring at my wife's automatic for days now and that's where I pulled the 3 and 1. That's all that's been on my brain for some time now. I haven't had the manual car for awhile so I would have to inspect one of my manual trannies to piece it together. Thanks for catching my narrow vision....

Of interesting note (to me at least), on the automatic (and manual), the stiffener you mention is only on the vtec Z6 motor on the 5th gen so the bolt is actually shorter but has a larger head and thicker bolt then the other 3 smaller bolts. The small ones are the same dimensions or darn close to the same as the oil pan bolts while the one for the stiffener is a much beefier bolt, longer for stiffener and shorter for non stiffener models. I actually don't remember off the top of my head the manual inspection plate but I do recall that my non vtec motors even on the manual did not have the stiffeners that I have found on the vtec motors.

The other frustrating part is the rear stiffener is different for an auto than a manual and is discontinued by Honda and only was found on the EX sedan I think. This is making it hard to find, I already have 2 manual rear stiffeners.... Bleh!

That was my other error, I was only thinking on terms of the 5th gen, the OP is asking about 6th gen.

I'm just not present in this thread, or so it seems. :/
