intake not working?

intake not working?
with having the high rpm idle etc problem at the same time, im also not hearing my intake anymore. anyof you guys know if i could check if eervything is ok or what is wrong? i checked the plugs and they all seem to be in correctly. any ideas?

Man, i'm sorry but thats a lame description.
So your car is idling high, what else is making you think something is wrong.
Did you try adjusting the idle screw on the throttle body first? Do you need help on locating that?

yes i need help locating it
i have a d16y8 btw. is theyre like a pic?
in another post, i mentioned my car idling at 1.5k and when im in gear[auto tranny]
it goes to 3k but even when and if i brake, it stays at about 2.5k and the car begins to bog etc.
now i am noticing my car being very quiet and i dont even hear the intake that used to go "boom" when i accelerate anymore. any ideas?

so you have a short ram intake or CAI and you don't understand why your not hearing any noise anymore? or do you have a different intake manifold and don't understand why it isn't making any noise?
