Intake Manifold replacement...
Ok I need to swap out intake manifold on my D16Z6, just swapping to another stocker cause mine has some stripped bolt holes. Just trying to find what gaskets and supplies I'll need ahead of time, Im trying to pull it in the shop and knock it out quick and want to make sure I have EVERYTHING!

wait...what bolt holes are stripped? The ones for the sensors? Why dont you just drill, and tap some slightly larger bolts in there? It's way easier than doing an IM swap.
Anyway, IM gasket (OEM honda or one of the plastic hondata or profab or whatever ones), Probably a TB gasket, and coolant.

Yeah the hole for the IACV is stripped, someone tried to re-tap it and tapped it at an angle and I dont feel like drilling out my brand new IACV for the bigger bolts, I got the new im for $40 so its not a big deal

Without a proper port job, you can create a lot of turbulence and actually lose horsepower. Plus, the head ports are not gonna get any bigger unless he takes off the head and ports them to match.
