intake on hybrid
Hi!
I have a 01 B18C5 swapped into my 94 Si hatchback. I'm going to start adding some bolt ons to the car and would like to start with an intake. Are CAI's like AEM all they are cracked up to be and worth it? Or, should I just stick with an OEM style intake from an 00 Si with a high flow filter element.

I got a ebay CAI for like 40 bucks.
It was 3" diameter tubing. ITR CAI are 3".
I would recommend a Ebay CAI w/ a good filter.
Intakes are all the same. Its the filter that matters.

probably true with a standard 3" cai.

I used to use a shortram for a little its really loud but i felt some gain
Then i moved over to the CAI, i love it. Its not as loud, and its colder air.

yup yup...i have a CAI from AEM in my coupe/sled...works great...
