Default intake?

i am plannin on investing on a intake. i just wanted some input on which brands and if i should get short ram intake or cold air intake and why?

long cold air intake for low end, and short ram for high end.

you live in Cali dude, you can only get an AEM or some other brand that has a CARB sticker. or you'll get a ticket guaranteed

Since that 2 hp is really gonna do a lot of good. Honestly I would just go with the SRI, especially if you are in a rainy environment, since the difference in power will not be noticible EVER.

Whats SRI?

I like the stock GSR box. i could care less about the little if any gains from the old short ram. Cops don't ticket you for stock. lol, damn stereotypes

i've got the spoon elbow with a hks drop in filter it works great, the stock box gives you cooler air but doesn't suck up water

I wouldn't even waste my money. I'd remove the air resonator from under the front bumper and drop a nice K&N Filter in. You get basically the same deal. Just my $.02

If your gonna get one, make sure its and AEM shotram. Its carb leagal and you never have to worry about puddles.
