installing springs?
i want to swap out my tanabe springs for H&R sport
does someone have a detailed instrution website on doing that?
and tools needed, etc
i try the jdmfan site, but that isn't very detailed to me.
also will a helms manual be helpful?

Well the tools you'll need is a spring compressor, socket set in Metric, Allen key set, alot of time LoL, a glass of cold water, needle nose pliers thats most of it...try and go on Google to find some pics and step by steps on how to do it...
