god no please dont get professional help.

it can be done in 45 minutes (with impact).
if you know how to do it, then do it,...just keep a helms manual handy.

if you dont, ask us, we will tell you, and still keep a helms manual handy.

edit-what he is trying to get at is that coilovers arent springs. There is a difference. If all you have is springs, then its easy. If all you have is coilovers, then its easy, but in order for us to help you, you gotta know what YOU GOT.

it entails 10, 12, 14 and 17 mm sockets, a ***** with a devil head, maybe a hammer to knock out the pinch bolt, some jack stands, monkey blood, and maybe a spring compressor depending on if you these are coilover sleeves and need parts off the old shock/spring assembly, and i think that's about it. where in colorado do you live?

A little outside of denver, Wheat Ridge to be specific, I don't know much about suspension, I'm thinking strut bars also they seem to be real easy to install. DO coil overs just replace the strings.

strut bars are super easy to install. i assume you have coilover sleeves. if so, then yes they replace the springs. are you putting these coilovers back onto the stock shocks? if so, don't lower it too much or you'll blow them out really quickly. honestly, you should hold onto the coilovers and wait to install them when you get new shocks. you can get a helm manual from http://www.helminc.com.
