Installing header. how to get it right?

Installing header. how to get it right?
im putting a header on my hatch and got the 5 upper and 3 of the 4 lower manifold nuts off, but the left inner one rounded off. what is the easiest way to get a rounded nut off? and the o2 sensor wont turn anymore, whats the easiest way to remove it
do i have to split it at the cat and take it out top and bottom seperate? would an air rachet or impact wrench be better than a socket and breaker bar to get the cat and bracket seperate?

I got mine out in one peice...not too sure how you are going to get those two out though. I know if you get a 02 socket it is much easier to get out.
