Ok... before I go and waste money... all I need to buy is the harness for the aftermarket radio right? No dash kit?

I dont recall ever hearing anyone saying they needed one, and your going to need something to cover the hole in your dash now unless you already have an idea to fill it.

Thats easy, leave the power, ground, and memory wire hooked up. That shouldent be too much of a draw with the aftermarket one installed as well to blow the fuse.

I was able to do it without much of a problem at all. Just use the cupholder assembly from 96-98 and it will fit right in. You might have to get a little creative with how to hold the deck in there, but it really is easy.

well... I figured I could get another stock harness and with it up to the aftermarket harness, this way I would beable to have two radios at one time.
