Default input shaft bearing

ive searched h-t for a while now on ISB, and have diagnose my problem as having a failing one. i have a few questions regarding ISB-related problems.

first off: my symptoms- noticeably loud noise coming from my transmission when my clutch is engaged (pedal off the floor). Whining noise when selecting a gear and/or downshifting.

questions:
1) how hard is this to replace ( I've overhauled my transmission once or twice now)
2) what problems should i expect to occur (what's the hardest part)
3)where can i buy an input shaft bearing (im guessing Honda, but i might as well ask)
4) What, if anything, am I damaging by driving to and from work everyday, untill i can make necessary repairs?

thank you very much in advance.
