Default Individual Throttle Bodies

Im looking to put ITBs on a H22...........only thing im wondering is what kind of sensors are used in place of a MAP/MAF sensor??? If you have any information that would help i would appreciate it

not a topic i know much about... but i think you need a stand-alone fuel management system which would negate the use of some of the sensors.

wait for someone to back that up though. in fact there should be several threads out there about this... try a search if you haven't yet.

Ture. Most people use a standalone and eliminate the intake sensors.

ITBS can be done on a budget by hacking up an oem h22 manifold if you were curious.

Update: Damn, search engine is down. Someone made a diy of turning an oem b16 manifold into itbs.

Dude.just but a hondata S300 and twm 52mm itbs . and itll run *******!!!!!! the s300 has air intake tables based on throtle position not MAP ,....

you can tune off the MAP, TPS, or a combination of both. you need a good vacuum log if you want to use MAP.

i am almost done doing this for my friends b16 car we retain the map we made sort of a vaccume resevior to get readings off we are tuning with a chipped p28 ecu with crome
