I'm out of things to look at
So I bought a 93 Civic d15 for like 200. Spark plugs were covered in oil so I changed the valve cover gaskets and spark plug grommets. No more oil. But I lost spark. So I changed the cap and rotor. No spark. Checked for spark at ignition coil so I changed that. Ran great until it got warm then started dying at stop signs. Taking forever to start like it randomly lost spark and found it again. So I changed the I'm and it runs a bit better when warm but not much. Checked iacv fast idle coolant line for air. Any ideas?

Check your ECT sensor (2 wire sensor) on the head.

Possible regulator problem but not likely... more likely that the fuel filter is clogged or the fuel pump is weak (or maybe the fuel pump sock is clogged up).

Clean the IACV (air side passages) and set the idle speed. The IACV is important for smooth starting as well as of course, idling.
Starving for gas (clogged filter etc) tends to be most apparent at high rpm and full throttle, for example when climbing hills.

Yeah I cleaned that. I think it's the fuel filter...

Shine a light into the tank if you pull the pump. Our tanks are getting old enough to start getting some serious rust buildup if they've never been replaced.
