i'm i fucked or what?
whoops topic is supposed to say am i fucked or what
alright so i'm going to do a tune up on my engine (b18b) before i take it to get smoged by the state ref. while taking the spark plugs out. The first two i took out seemed pretty loose and the third one seemed really tight so i jump to the fourth one and thats tight also. i have to put some mussle into taking them out (3-4th spark plug) well i got exhuasted using a little ratchet so i move onto a breaker bar and still its hard as hell to take off well i get the 4th spark plug out and its threads are ******* gone to hell, then i try taking the third out and the spark plug breaks. now am i gonna need a new head because of some idiot who tightened the spark plugs to tight? or cross threaded the *************?**** i'm pissed

possbily... but you could take the head off and try to reverse thread or drill them out and then re-thread the wholes, if they are cross threaded... other than that... I would say you could be screwed if you didnt get it done before your appointment with the ref....

do what he said and if you don't want to do it your self get someone who knows how to drill it out and re-thread it. it will probably be cheaper to this than get a new head

well i was just gonna do the tune up and then call the ref for an appointmet for tomorrow, looks like i will be taking the head off tomorrow. thanks guys

You had to use a breaker bar on plugs??? That's some crazy ****! 
Sorry to hear about your situation.
I hope you manage to get everything worked out somehow...
And may whoever put those spark plugs in be cursed with herpes the size of apples.
