Default ignition timing reatarding itself?

When my car warms up( it has to be really warm) it seems as the ignition timing goes retarded. It surges upon lower end acceleration and feels sluggish also the exhaust note gets louder. I know the knock sensor can retard ignition timing but i am not getting any codes or anything. Could the internals of the dizzy be casuing a similar phenomenon? Any help would be awsome. I have checked the ignition timing and it it perfect i am going to check it when it feels like its retarded to make sure its actually doing that and check back in.

How warm is really warm? Do you mean normal operating temperature or overheating?

It only happens like after 30 mins of driving, not just so the needle goes up from the c but the needle is in the center and the heat out of the vents is so hot you have to turn it down if you know what i mean. So the oil and the coolant are at normal opp temp.

If you start the car when it's cold and wait for the radiator fan to cycle, what happens when you check your ignition timing? You said it's perfect?

Have you tried driving for 30 min and waiting for this to happen, then pulling over and checking your ignition timing again?

So good and bad news, good news is that when i checked it after it was fully warm it did not retard itself, bad news is that now i have a car that feels sluggish, has a lower idle (around 6-700), and also the exhaust gets louder and i dont know wut it is. I noticed that when i was checking the timing and hit the gas it the timing would retard as i flicked the throttle but then advance as it reved up and then went back to the middle as it came to idle. Im guessing thats normal. Again i have no codes so i guess the computer thinks the car is running fine. Would u guys say i should just go ahead and try a new dizzy?
