ignition switch
Ok ignition switch is bad to my knowledge (when you turn key over it either starts or doesnt turn over at all) i replaced the switch now it wont start at all. The only thing i can think is i got a faulty one but other than that i have no clue. Any help????

It's possible that the safety starter switch at the top of the clutch pedal was the problem rather than the ignition switch. Have you checked it?
When you turn the key to ON(II), do the dash warning lights illuminate? Can you push start the engine?

new ignition switch and car is automatic (its my sis and is actually an eclipse spyder) everything is good as far as gas compression all that just the ignition switch would sometimes work but now not at all (when it would work the lights would dem like they are suppose to when you turn the key to start it and the car would start but when it wouldnt the lights wouldnt dem and car would not turn over though lights on dash come on
