Idle Problems

I have a 1995 civic coupe. It has a b16a2 swap in it. I am having problems with the idle. The car will not idle and every time I stop the car turns off if i don not keep giving it gas. What could it be? Help!!! Could it be the Air Intake tempeture valve, the idle control valve, or somthing else.
