Default Tein EDFC for Del Sol

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has the EDFC on their Sols or 92-95 Civic; because on the Tein site they said that the front motors don't have enough clearance. I'm not about to shell out $300 + for something that I can only control the rear dampening.
If you have it, how easy/hard was it to install and what was involved to make it fit right?

I have seen only one picture of a del sol w/flex....here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=834272 - who ever posted the pic link a pic from tein's website. best bet would be to write them & ask them to give you detailed instructions on how to use the EDFC in the sol....I am pretty sure it will be like most EG's which need require some notching out of the hood skeleton
HT user "rob d" has flex (don't know about EDFC - tho) good luck...ask tein

I have the Flexs on an EH. To the best of my knowledge, the EFDC will fit fine under an OE hood. Some C/F hoods will require minor attention.

The system fits just fine. I have the flex system and the EDFC on my sol and have had no issues. Even with CF hoods I have had no fit problems. most of the time the websites are not accurate. Alot of companies say a part is only for one car, but can be used for others.

Finally someone that actually has it on a Sol...first hand experience is by far the best. It is definitely a relief to find out that it does fit, i'm too lazy to get out and adjust coilovers, so that's why I want the EDFC...got any pics kamikaze? If you can't post 'em here, you can e-mail them to me: estack@feltonint.com

Thanks again

My dealer told me that the rear lca had to be changed to ITR's. I also read that on their site when those fisrt came out. Is that not ture? Please provide the part number you have on your sol. Thanks

You do have to chance the rear control arms over to the ITR style, but that was all that was needed.
