Default idle problem please help

i have a 92 honda civic 4dr lx with a 99 b16 and every so often my rmps will drop to 100 to 200 and i ussaly unplug the vacum hose from the air fuel presure regulater and it goes back to 1000 rpms like normal. I was told it could be the fuel injectors the air ful regulater or the tps located behind the intake manifold and throtle body. if any one knows how or whats might be wrong please tell me. thx

Have you try adjusting the throttle screw on your throttle body. Try turing the idle up on the trhottle body that should fix it.
