Default idle problem (already searched)

i have a 99 si after goin turbo my idle would from 1-2rpm, after taking the turbo off it still idles that way. and i have nothin after market on the car its stock as of now... wat can this be??

all vacume lines are right..some guys from autozone told me its my idle control valve but that would have nothing to do with me haveing bad idle after turbo...would it?

Try cleaning your idle air control valve.
