Default idle problem on a 94 del sol with b16a3

I recently got this idle problem with my b16, when I come to a stop rpms will drop all the way to like 100 and surge up and down between 100 and 300 rpms and sometimes will even stall out on its own when I try to take take off from a stop,i think it almost started when i installed some after market headers ...the bottom of the headers has been getting flat from all the hitting because they Hung to low , theyr the 4 to 1 type, could it be maybe my O2 sensor isn't reading the right air flow or something, because I've checked for vaccum leaks and there is none at all.....need this gone ASAP since I need to smog this month, thanks

What codes is it throwing? Put the old header on until you get it smogged.

Don't know exactly what the problem was but I seemed to have fixed it, I remove the throttle body aicv and removed the fitv from the throttle body and sprayed them all with throttle body cleaner ,almost drenched them and left them sitting for like 5 min then air dried once back on I bled my coolant system and so far it is running normal now......for anyone with the same problem
